TEAK SA Company was established and granted the license for developing the first private planning project in Greece on 1995.

INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS

The company invested in developing the project’s infrastructure. These being roads formatting, underground utility lines, custom-designed street lighting, tertiary sewage treatment plant for recycling wastewater for the purpose of irrigating the common green areas, creation of common green areas, playgrounds, sport facilities & common swimming pool.

CONSTRUCTION ON PROCESS

In parallel to the infrastructure works, TEAK SA invested in developing housing building blocks. First properties were sold in 2000.

139 PROPERTIES SOLD

Up to date TEAK SA has completed 10 out of 26 housing building blocks and sold 139 properties, while six key ready properties are available for sale.

KING MINOAS

Our vision is to complete 350 housing units, 3 commercial use building blocks and 1 low density hotel area. Our next building block, ‘’King Minoas’’ is going to be developed soon at a super prime location consisting of 29 properties with breathtaking views.
